Adware is not only annoying but also slows you down. It’s also sneaky. Some of them come from those pre-installed Windows, but most of them managed to get on to your computer through ads, poor managed websites, as well as email attachment without you knowing it. After a little while, hooray, your computer now is adware-free.
To be sure, I’d suggest that you restart your computer and run Bitdefender Adware Removal Tool the second time to check if there are any slipped through the first run.
Moreover, it’s even better if we use another method to double-check if your computer is clean. I am finding that with the integration of Virus Total both Autoruns and Process Explorer from Sysinternals have become excellent choices to be your go-to tool for this purpose.
